It appears that it's not included in S4 anymore. Strange. I'm not even sure that they can be purchased separately.
  2. I agree. I use a soft pouch borrowed from my wife, because it's impossible to put the cable back in the metal case.
  3. Hi, as I've already said, got the S4 recently, and I'm loving them! So far, I've only used them with the default "ear gels" (is that the right term?) that are attached on shipping. What's the best way to remove them and replace with some of the other sizes that are included in the package? By using very light pressure, I couldn't get them to move. I don't want to apply too much pressure, and risk breaking them. Do I just need to be a bit stronger with them? Thanks for any advice, John
  4. Many thanks, blsamuel. That all makes sense. I would suggest to Klipsch that the diagrams in the Owners Manual include the words "Cleaning Tool", or some sort of explanation. As it stands, if you're not aware that the package contains a cleaning tool, it's somewhat confusing. S4 still sounding great! jg::
  5. Hi all, I've recently got the S4, and I'm very impressed so far. It's great to have some decent-sounding audio in the head again! The included "owners manual" has some general information on safety and warranty, and then a very simple diagram. It's so simple that, I confess, I'm having trouble understanding it. There's a small tool in the package with a little metal loop on one end. What's it used for? The diagram merely has arrows pointing to parts, with absolutely no explanation of what the purpose is, or what I should be doing. Very confusing. Can someone help? John
