Im leaning towards the 819. I dont really need 7.1 . Would I be better off buying a Yamaha 5.1 in that price range?

I have a pair of Heresey 2's and need a receiver . I can get the 891 for 300$ or the 1912 for 400$. Which one would you choose? I dont need the ethernet connect. Also do Denon receivers sound good with the hereseys, or should I go with something different? thanks
