I recently bought a set of ProMedia 2.1 computer speakers and when I finished installing them, I turned them on to play music; the satellites worked fine, but there was no sound coming out of the subwoofer no matter how loud I turned it up. I tried troubleshooting with my computer settings, but it did not help. However, I did research online that some people have had problems with the sub not working because of a possible glitch with their computer running Windows 7 - 64 bit. I am currently using a Toshiba laptop with Windows 7 - 64 bit. I'm not sure if my soundcard is the reason; I did not buy an upgraded sound card when I bought my laptop, so its just the factory stock one. Please give any helpful information about this problem if you know what to do. Thanks!
