    Klipsch RW-12D

I have klipsch wf-35's in front with 2 klipsch bookshelf as rears. all feeding into the Sony receiver. There is a port for a sub out which I am using currently. This is all hooked up to the line out on the back of my mobo. Asus p8z68-V pro/gen 3..... I tried switching the wires to an rca red and white for the sub and only using one side but it still does nothing. I tried switching outlets for power as well. Nothing. i just need it to turn on so I can change the settings and make it always on and mess with the LFE and all. Anyone know a way to force it on? I love the digi display but none the less the more tech you add the more problems.

What do you mean? Do you think that the speakers are drawing too much power from the receiver? Should I try taking the speakers off and just running the sub line? Could it be a problem with my sub wire? Do I need a Y adapter? so many different possibilities idk where to start.

Thanks! Yeah they are plugged into both ends, the sub and receiver. hmmm.
  4. I recently got this sub from Newegg's black Friday sale. Great deal! I set the sub up initially and it didn't turn on. (the on/off switch was in the on position and it was plugged into the same outlet as the previous klipsch sub.) Then I was looking through the manual and noticed it was on (digital display) so I ventured through that and played some music and called it a night. Tonight when I went to play some music the sub will not turn on. I had it set to Auto On and i also had a small delay from my previous sub from when the music was on to when the sub would recognize it. My receiver is a Sony STR-DG500 (old I know, I got it when I was in college). So I assume my receiver is the problem. Is it possible that it isn't putting out enough to make the sub recognize it? Could it be a problem with the sub? Is there a way to manually turn on the digital display and menu on the sub? Thanks in advance.
