  1. I just received a new pair from customer service. Took about 2 weeks but overall good customer service. I just hope it doesn't happen again!!
  2. Power/pairing button does not turn on. Headset is plugged in charging, red light is lit then turns green quickly after. I have left headset plugged in for over an hour and tried powering on/pairing and nothing. What can the issue be??
  3. Hey Alex, this is off subject but my headphones aren't turning on (power/pairing button doesn't light up). I have had them for a couple of days and used them twice. I made sure I left them charging overnight and they don't work. The headphones do work when I use the attachment to my iPod/iPhone. Any suggestions/recommendations? Whats going on, don't want to have to send these in!
  4. I received the same headphones for Christmas, used them twice and tried using them yesterday and the headphones won't turn on. I used the cable attachment to my phone and they work that way. I also left them charging overnight and no response when pressing the power/pairing button as well. If you figure anything out, please let me know. Really don't want to have to send these headphones back.
