hi I have been trying to do a firmware update since the one on my system is august 2011. after i click the upload button the g17 disconnects from the wireless network and a light blinks red. they are good audio products but their software is not good.

Hi. I bought a g17 air in Dubai 2 months back and brought it back in india. All was fine till yesterday when the g17 did not power up at all. The led light on the power brick is on green. I need dome help on what I can do as there is no service network or warranty here
