i have a G 17 that will no longer connect to a network. It get stuck in the loop and will not reset and I can not change the input to anything. What is the procedure for warranty service or is there a way to disable the network so I can use a direct wire connection? I'm not happy at all with the item so far and looking into trying to get it exchangeed through Woot also.

I had problems with mine taking longer each time to connect to the network till eventually even after 5 minutes it still won't connect. Not happy.
