Thanks for your response Schu I don't think so. The KP-302 has 3 ports (these have 2) and the jack plate is at the top of the rear (these are in the middle).

I've had no luck ID'ing these Klipsch Professional series speakers. The top bins are trapezoidal 12" 2 way. The subs are dual 18". Does anyone recognize them?
