  1. The button on the side only sends the unit to headphone mode, still powered on in the pod. Why should I leave the pod on all the time? Also How do you turn off the older (Pre-4.1) promedia 4 speaker sets that do not have a switch or a headphone standby?
  2. Thanks for the info, I will call klipsch. I have the vol. on my computer at 80%+ and have an Audigy Platinum card. Every time I power off the 5.1's my vol. goes back to 40 (which is below where I can here any sound) I have to re set it above 50 every time by hand just to get a reasonable vol. on wav's. Why doesn't it remember your master vol. setting. I should not have to leave the power on all the time. Also why do I always have to push the side button when I turn my power strip on? It wasn't that way with the 4.1's. This is the disadvantage of non-analog controls. Is there a way around this? My computer is set to 80% vol. or higher. I have an Audigy Platinum Sound card. I shouldn't have to leave my 5.1's powered up just to save my master vol. setting. This is a major pain!
