If you have a ten inch woofer then as mentioned you do not have a Forte but a Quartet. You can check the cabinet dimensions. A photo with the grills would tell all as the Forte has a K701 mid horn and a 12" woofer. Best regards Moray James. Thanks! I do have the Forte's. I kept thinking the active woofer was 10". Up for sale is a sequentially numbered pair of Klipsch Forte I speakers in real oiled walnut veneer. These speakers have been in a pet free, smoke free home and are in very, very nice condition. These are the original Forte I's, not the II's that came out later. They have not been pushed or overloaded in any way and have been well taken care of. I have them hooked up to audiophile gear, and the sound is something you have to hear.
