that's why I am a noob! Don't know what to upload....LOL.....what if I can't find my remote to setup my sub? Can I do the setup on the receiver?

I have the Yamaha rx-v465 and klipsch hd 500 5.1 speakers. Can't get subwoofer to work. What special cord do I need or settings do I need to change?
