  1. I am looking for a suggestion on a stand to support my RS3-II speakers at ~30" off the ground. Thanks, Bob
  2. New to HT. Appreciate any input to help my buying decision. Thanks, Bob
  3. I just purchased RP5/RS3-II, and RC3-II speakers for my first home theater system. It was recommended that I purchase two subs to support the deep bass in movies. I own an Infinity BU1 8". SVS has come up a few times (though I am not sure which model)as a great choice. I just noticed the Klipsch LF10 1640 watt 10 Inch Woofer with Dual 10 Inch Passive Radiators were being offered on Ubid as 'NEW' and can be bought in the $550 range. Any recomendations would be helpful. Thanks, Bob
  4. Hi, I am in the process of putting together my first home theater / audio system. I purchased Klipsch RP5, RS3-II, and the RC3-II. I am willing to spend $3500 - $5000 to finish putting the system together. I was looking at the Denon AVR5800 and DVM4800 vs the Marantz SR9200 and VC5200. It was then suggested that in my budget price range I should look at seperates. I looked at Adcom, Rotel, and Parasound. Now, I am totally confused as the best way to go. My preference of importance is 60% home theater and 40% music. What do you recommend High end A/V Receiver or mid-fi seperates? Does one combination/brand match better with these speakers? Thanks for your attention and help, Bob This message has been edited by rhudsonjr on 12-21-2001 at 02:04 PM
