OP - Please check this first. I've had jumpers loosen before (that's why I replaced them with 14 gauge wire). Might try that and see if it solves your problem. I think I have the jumpers in place, but it s not a stupid question, I will try to replaced them with 14 gauge wire first, and contact klipsch directly. Thanks, I will keep you updated.
