Hey Justin, For what it is worth, I own the ProMedia 4.1 and I thought they were great.... I like the Boston's better (after listening a couple of days) cause they sound like real home speakers..My Klipsch have no mid-range and the BA do. Also, there is a lot of music that plays low notes that my Klipsch distort..the port starts to make noises and the BA does not. Lastly, if you know anything about audio, the low frequency differences you talk about can only be heard by a scope and not really by the ear. I love my ProMedia..I am glad you like yours too..but, I have to admit that the new Boston's are better! Just my 2 cents worth (which isn't worth a lot) Either way, I own 2 kick ash pair of speakers

I just got my new Xmas Gateway and it came with a set of BA7800 (new 4.1 system). I hooked up my 4.1s from Klipsch against these and the BAs kicked the crap out of them..They have nicer controls...they play louder..the bass doesn't distort! and...there is a headset jack on the side---that's right--mic and headphone jack. AND...they were not busted out of the box like my ProMedia was! Anyone wanna buy my Klipsch?
