Hi guys! Referring to the attached image, my left side of s4ii has a part missing. I have emailed the customer support but so far no reply for since 2 months ago May I know if the missing part has any affect on the audio quality? (I cannot tell) For protection and cosmetic purpose, I would like to get a replacement. Anybody has any idea how to find these parts? Thank you! Regards, Tri
