It probably started from when I got the speakers so around 4 months ago. So, I noticed that the left cables wouldn't go in all the way to the subwoofer.... I've tried multiple times to insert them as fully as the right ones, but it never works out..Here's a picture: http://imgur.com/g7AeKod (the left cables are on the right) I've tried multiple jacks on my computer too. Also, on a lot of beatles songs (pretty sure in stereo) I have noticed that half the sound is missing so it makes sense that one of the channels isn't working properly. It makes me sad, because for most songs the sound quality is great but for a non-significant portion of songs it doesn't give me the full experience Thanks for the help btw

well to be frank, I don't remember... but i'm pretty sure it's the promedia 2.1

When I listen to certain songs, the sound is barely audible during certain sections. I don't want to upload a file here, so I'll post a reference youtube video that I found shows the problem. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Py2fG-NgfkA#t=2m18s Right as the break starts I know there's supposed to be a loud riff, but it's extremely muted on my end. Any suggestions? Sorry if I was being vague. If someone needs more information I can try to provide them with it, though I'm not really sure what else there is to say.
