Have the rb10 soundbar for several months now and the bluetooth has always worked fine. Now none of our phones or ipods can pair with it. Has anyone had this issue? andy

just connected a klipsch r10b soundbar. plugged it in, powered it up, blue light comes on and stays on. buttons on bar won't respond nor will remote buttons. remote is working because one time it did power on by remote but then blue light came on and stayed on. blue light should indicate bluetooth connection. is there a way to reset soundbar? or is it just defective. this isn't my first time using this soundbar and the previous one i had worked fine. thanks for any help, Andy
