  1. Thanks for your response Wes and John. While I would love to have 3 more LaScalas or Heresies, my HT / Rec room is in my basement along with a pool table and dart board, it's dimensions are 13'X 28' with a 7' ceiling and while 2 LaScalas fit nicely it would be impossible for me to fit 3 more large speakers in the room. That is another reason I was looking for something with a smaller foot print and lower profile such as the RC and RSs. I could place a Heresie on its side for a center channel, would the orientation of the speaker cause any problems? John you mentioned that the Heresies might cause some interference with my TV, any idea how much vertical space I would need between the Heresie center and my TV to avoid this problem. Is there some kind of RFI mat / shield out there I could place under the Heresie? As far as the surround speakers, I need to stay with a speaker that can be mounted on the wall such as the RSs so as not to worry about having them get in the way or get damaged. John AWESOME deal getting the LaScalas for the price of some Heresies, did you send the person who sold them to you a box of candy or some flowers? It never ceases to amaze me how great the LaScalas and SAE amp continue to sound even after 20+ years of use (of course the amp has never had to work a day in its life), they have truly stood the test of time. KLIPSCH RULES!!! Dennis
  2. I have recently started to upgrade my old stereo system to a home theater surround sound system and plan to do this piece meal with my first priority being music (primarily contemporary and progressive jazz) then home theater. My current system is: - Denon 1802 Surround Receiver - SAE 2200 Amp - Pair of Klipsch LaScala Speakers - CD Player - VCR - X-Box Game console and DVD player I am planning on matching my La Scalas with Klipsch RC 311 center and RS 311 surround speakers and a SV 25-31PC subwoofer, are the RC 311 and RS 311 speakers a good match to the LaScalas, if not what would you recomend?
