Thanks everyone for your feedback. I will check for the loose panels this weekend & repair as needed.

Newbie here to the forum. I've have a set of KLF30's for about 20 years. Recently the right side upper woofer starting making a rumbling noise as if it was blown. The left side sounds fine. So I removed it to inspect and appears to be fine. Therefore I swapped out the left upper woofer over to the right but still same rumbling blown noise persists ! Both speakers physically look good, no cracks, no broken circuits. Could the internal circuitry be bad ? Perhaps a defective speaker wire ? Any suggestions / help would be appreciated. I don't want to start replacing components without diagnosing the problem correctly.
