Like most of you I was furious with my purchase of Klipsch Pro Media 4.1.... I had the static, buzzing, screetching and more with my first set.... $300 dollars or so and all I got was "crap"... Well, I took my receipt along with my speakers and I went back to Compusa pissed and ready to fight..... Well, they happily....I did say happily....looked at my receipt and told me to get another pair.... Reluctent... I walked over and got another pair and the exchange was over... I took them home and to my amazement!!! They worked perfectly, here it is a month or so later and they are still working great!!!!!! I appolize to Klipsch and the forum for my rude posts and am happy to say....Nascar 2002 now ROCKS on this computer... thank you Compusa for your understanding.... thank you Klipsch for the KickAss sound!!!!!!! love ya ------------------ "do you hear the lambs Clarice?"

First off justin.... (I am an amateur, if it is professional ProMedia help you want email Amy ) You answer every post in the forum so do you actually work for Klipsch and what is your function or do you just hang out here? Second: Why do you own every Klipsch made if they are so great. Cant find a pair that works or do you get them for free? I dont own every tv sony ever made.... Third: Your statistics are unfounded and not proven. You would be far better off looking at all the replies in the forum, customer calls, eamails etc and taking your numbers from that and then making your point rather than guessing and speculating. And after all that you still did not answer my question you just ran around it and made excuses for a problem that is becoming more relevent everyday as you can see by the posts in your Pro 4.1 and 5.1 forums. thx ------------------ "do you hear the lambs Clarice?"

Look Klipsch....if this many people are having problems with their speakers then issue a recall and promply fix the problem or refund the money.... I have lost my right front speaker, have muddy bass, and now i'm getting cracking and popping along with a high pitched buzz squeal.... What gives...these speakers were suppose to be "top notch" and it seems as though we were miss lead and from the amount of complaints...customer service is not doing much either..... Hi gabriel11 Answer to both questions is no.... The only time I get distortion is playing some games...ie AVP2.(little static sometimes) Other than that they work fine.... I'm running XP- you may want to check for updates for audigy if you havent done that already. shouldn't the surround knob on the 4.1's produce as "fade front to back" effect? Turn left front speakers work, start turning right and the back spearkers start working with the fronts etc. Doesn't seem to make a diff, left, right, 4 speakers sound the same....?
