If a woofer center is dented but not punctured, will the sound be affected? Is the only issue cosmetic? What would a new woofer for a KG 2.2 cost? Could one replace only one woofer, or should the woofer in the other speaker be replaced as well? TIA. Mike

I got all this started, and I sincerely appreciate all the input. OK, I am now convinced that a KLF-C7 is not the right choice, despite how much I want it to be the right choice. I wish to upgrade from my weak Yamaha center channel. I am interested in the KLF-C7, in part, because the size matches the space I have for a center channel. I am using KG 3.2s up front, a SW-10, and medium-sized Infinitys in the rear. I use the system for both DVD movies and DVD audio. Any thoughts on "blend"? Any thoughts on buying from ubid (most prices are about $300)? Anyone with a KLF-C7 for sale? TIA. Mike

I think I understand "i" vs. "p," but I still don't get the required connections from a ps dvd through an av receiver to the hdtv. Can't the ps s-video out go to the receiver and then to the tv via an s-video cable?

I know some may wretch at the idea, but I am considering painting my oak KG 3.2s and SW 10 black. Other than "DON'T DO IT!," any adult supervision would be appreciated. TIA for your help. Mike
