Thank you for your input. It appears the complete system retails in Dallas for just north of $100.00 I'd love to get a pig tail style cable of the preamp connector with wiring diagram. Otherwise, I will hack into it while watching MacGyver episodes on my VCR to determine if it's worthy of consuming precious and valuable space in my apartment. Plan B is to take it to my local car wash and unload it on some sucker looking for some additional bass for his stereo which far exceeds the car it's in.

Tonight I stumbled across a Promedia 2.1 subwoofer without its satellite speakers. Can I do anything with this stand alone sub or should I return it to the dumpster?
