Lord, that is a monster!

From a previous post, "Good day all! I bought the new quintet for a new 7.2 Devon receiver. I used the speakers for the surround channels. I bought R15M for the front left/right. I have R125W sub. I have read that the center is the most important speaker. My question: what is a good center upgrade for my current setup? And, are there other factors I might be failing to ask?" I did find a used RC-62 II for half the price of new on Amazon. When I received it the right driver was buster and there was a heavy object in the case rolling, freely around. I am returning it for full refund (of course). Is the 62 really worth the two bills difference than the 52? I am an audiophile ubernoob, so any direction is much appreciated. Dr. W-

I bought a used RC-62 II on Amazon - it came busted and I returned it. No other 62's used there. Would I be happy with the RC-52 II? or pay the extra two bills for the 62? Thank you.

Couch is moved forward for sides and or rears? My couch is all the way to the back wall and I have my surrounds angled.

Speakers mounted on the wall pointing down?

I was at Frys initially and ALMOST bought some monster mains. However, the room setup isn't that large. Perhaps a basement home theater? mwahaha!

I found the 62 for $275 used in "very good" shape. Will it be too much for my other speakrs or juuuust right

When I DM'd Klipsch, they recommended R25C or the RP25C and I'm glad I asked the group.

No. I just got this new setup. I upgraded from a 20 year old sony boxed set. I know, I know - newb. lol

That's what I'm looking for! HAR! Now, which one? I don't want to go crazy dollar-wise.
