RVtex

I bought a kmc1 and I charged it fully right out of box. I got hours of play but after 2 weeks now it will not charge up? I unplugged lithium ion battery and reconnected but that did not help. It plays beautifully but it has to be plugged in? Is there any place to just buy a new battery and see if that does the trick?
