Bassman

Got the speakers ordered - RF3's, RS3's, RC3 and, thanks to many earlier threads, SVS20-39pc. Now, must pick the A/V source. Help me out fellow HT friends! Should I go Denon 3802 or Pioneer Elite VSX36TX w/ the A35R amp package. Use will probably lean slightly towards HT. Like the sound of both. No long term experience with either. As an novice in this new world, I guess I'm looking for some positives or negatives on either product that I may not be aware of but will appreciate down the road. Making first big investment in home theater. Buying RF-3 II's, RS-3 II's, RC-3 II and KSW-12. Need a rear center channel speaker that will probably have to be ceiling mounted due to room configuration. Any good suggestions?
