So I bought an RSB-11 to go with the TV and I am attempting to get it working with the Samsung. Last night it worked. We were connected using the HDMIARC port on the One connect and got it to work. Today nothing. Unplug/replug and the only way we get sound is either Bluetooth or Digital optica but you cant control volume. WTF am I doing wrong? Also they tell you to update the firmware but no instruction or "included pdf file" as the page says. Not happy. Poor manual and poor documentation on website. Paul
