    I have the hdmi output/tv going to my Sony tv hdmi ARC3, hdmi 1 going to the tv hdmi 4. It worked fine for a week, then no sound when watching Netflix so I did the factory reset and now it won't power on at all.

    My one week old Klipsch RSB-11 will not power on. They were working fine, then they would not work with Netflix, tried the factory reset and now they don't power on at all. I unplugged all the cables and power cords for 25 minutes, re attached everything and only the sub woofer powers up. Trying to find help on this website is not easy.
