SOLD Located in Lakewood, Southern California 90713 Up for sale I have a pair of Klipsch Forte I Oiled Oak With Crites Titanium Tweeters and Crites Crossovers. These are 1985 manufacture date, 4 ohm speakers. All drivers are perfect. Cabinets I would rate as 7/10 and pictures show condition well. Currently hooked up and happy to demo for buyer. They sound awesome.
  4. PM sent. I have a nice pair of fully refinished LA scalas that are all modified if anyone is interested. I will be officially listing them in a week or less. PM if interested
  5. Yes in this case it did pay off. Finally SOLD today
  6. K400 Horns still for sale.
  7. Thanks man I appreciate it. Been working a lot lately but when I get the chance I like to browse the forum and read here and there. If I listened to anything except what I listen to, these speakers would be keepers for sure. Justin and his guys do awesome work and I have been told by several his tube amps are killer too. Good Luck on the sale of your jubes. Super cool guy pleasure to meet and thanks for taking the time to explain things. The KLIPSCH forum is great to be a part of I can tell. Wish I lived closer to some folks.
  8. Where are you located? Please call or text me at my listed phone number on the main page to discuss. Thanks.
  9. $3200 with Crites drivers only now
  10. If anyone wants then this weekend only I'll do $1700. Let me know. Thanks.
  11. No your input is valuable. The whole point of threads IMO regardless of the subject matter at hand is for people that are knowledgeable and passionate about what is at hand for discussion. You have clearly done that here. Your response covered all bases. Its weird to gauge the market in California because it all all over the place. A vast majority of the stuff I have seen here is cheap and all original in poor condition. I don't see much at all or zero of highly modified pristine examples of anyrhing I want KLIPSCH.
  12. I would love to sell mY Klipschorns.. got a couple people that will cone to check then out in person in the next 2-3..... wish me luck
  13. Honestly I moved to powered pro audio I already had for now. House projects.....
  14. You lost me. What in the world does that mean?
  15. How's the california market for KLIPSCH in general on here? Are there a decent amount of folks in the area? Seems like most are from other states.
  16. Btw I appreciate your honest input. Like I said I bought these to try. I heard then in a garage. Obviously everyone listening room is different. Mine is an open concept living room to kitchen, the didn't end up working in the quantity and depths of the bass that I was hoping. Mids and highs are even ib my roon were what only the better horns can deliver.
  17. Yeah you got it. Those that are serious I may be new here but I've been playing with HiFi for better than 10 years. My number is up. Contact me if you serious. The best system I have ever owned was a pair of $10k legacy audio Focus speakers. Trust me when I say that I totally understand the monetary compensation of the KLIPSCH heritage line. The only horns I have and will ever hear that ate better is avantgarde. I sure as hell don't have money for that haha
  18. $1800 firm. My honest opinion, an honest bargain for the quality of the restoration work and the parts contained. The mids and highs are amazing. The bass may be your cup of tea, but not mine with electronic music.
  19. Had to try a pair of LA Scala's. My first time ever heading a pair to be honest. Other than the authoritative low bass I have come to crave, these speakers, top to bottom sound AMAZING. If they had the low bass I wanted, I would keep them. Justin's woodwork and finish is second to none.
