  1. Thanks man, I think I can only experiencing by myself... Coz I have read some posts that people were saying that they don't feel atmos from their rp140sa, so I am worrying about that the same thing will happen to me.... my main listening position is about 2m only... so i worry that the distance is too close and not enough distance for sound to diffuse....
  2. O.o? anyone? or is this just a set of non popular speakers?
  3. I have read from some other forums, people are saying that because of the firing angle, and the distance to the listening position, they have to adjust the angle manually (using pads) in order to get the atmos effect. someone even claimed that they have to tilt angle so much such that it feels like he's just listening to a front speaker. so my question is what is the optimal distance for these speakers such that I don't have to adjust their angles? Thank you.
  4. because i don't have an spl meter at home, so I just downloaded an app.... and at MV30, db is around 40ish.... what should i do next? thank you.

  7. Thank you derrick. do i test with meter directly in front of each speaker or my sitting position? does MV stand for Main Volume?? sorry i am a newbie to HT , thank you.
  8. currently I place them at about 2 ft above ear level. I am using yamaha receiver, and after I used YPAO to set it up, i cannot feel any surroundness, should i just turn up the surround level?
  9. Hi All, How high should i place my surround speakers? I read somewhere that it should be about 2 ft above ear level, and some saying that just like front speakers at ear level?? I read Klipsch manual saying that "Klipsch WDST surround speakers should be placed approximately 2 feet above the listening position. Typically this will be about 5-7 feet above the floor. The surrounds should be placed on the walls directly adjacent to the listening position". I am using R-15m as my surround speaker, so should I just put them at ear level (directly adjacent)? Thank you.
  10. My room size is about 30+m2 (about 7m * 5m), and I am planning to get 450c as the central speaker. Should I get 250f or 160m as the main speakers? Which speaker goes better with 450c? Thank you.
