  1. Hey guys. I have this subwoofer (on the screenshot below), and I've been having some problems with it. It doesn't always wake up when the movie starts. Or the situation from a few minutes earlier...I was checking some audio settings on my Onkyo 515 AVR, listening some music, switching some modes on, and the sub's green light turned ON, but I didn't hear any sound from it, no strong bass. I had to turn it off and then on using the button on the back, and after that the bass was there, like it should be. My AVR is plugged into a surge protector and the sub directly to the wall. This is my second subwoofer cable. So, we're getting to my question...now I've turned the Auto on option to OFF, and made it work all the time. I want to try it like that for a while and see what happens. But now I hear some humming noise all the time. Not from the speaker itself, but from the amplifier in the sub. It's not that bad, but I can hear it from 4-5 ft distance. Is that normal? Also, how much power it consumes in this always ON mode? EDIT: After further inspection, the sound is actually coming from the speaker itself. I can feel it vibrates.
