Yeah, I agree. The Cornwalls sound great but the La Scala sounds better. That is a purchase I will do later. Thanks.

Thanks are next. Perhaps the Funk brand or SVS brand. Any suggestions?

Yep. Lascalas and Heresys sound great on their own. Once you hear them with a sub they don't sound quite as good anymore without one.
Well said! I just purchased Cornwall’s and the bass is good but I think subs will round out the sound that I like rich, deep, powerful bass.

I think it was more of a sub question and yes you need a sub for music with Lascalas. I ran one for years with mine then sold the sub when I remodeled the room the Lascalas were in. I finished the remodel and put the system back together sans sub. Boy I really miss it. You lose about an octave of music without a sub and to me it's very noticeable.
Thanks guys. I brought a pair of 1982Cornwalls. Great sound. The bass is good but I think I will an a subwoofer.

Found these on Craigs list Houston. Man, they sound soooooo good! My second Klipsch purchase. First was the wireless “boom box” AMC 3 which I highly recommend.

Thanks. They will be used exclusively for music and yes buying brand new La Scala. Any recommendation on subs?

Saving to buy new La Scalla speakers. Do I need a pair of subwoofers? If so which do you suggest? Thanks.

Can someone give me the name of the company that I saw a link to but did not write it down. They made 18 and 24 inch sub woofers and cost 2400 $ for the 18 inch woofers. I remember they advertised 90 pound magnets in each. Does anyone give me the name of the company? Thanks.
