I talked direct with Bryston and they confirmed that as long as I have the original receipt from an authorized dealer then the remaining warranty is still good and can be transferred. I did purchase from an authorized dealer and I have all paperwork.

Thanks for the input, I'm going to look into the Bryston warranty tonight now and see if it is still any good. Any suggestions or info I'm missing please just let me know and I'll change or add.
