Hi all, I've got an 11-channel in-ceiling setup (7x PRO-180-RPC LCR and 4x PRO-180-RPC) for a 7.1.4 system and I was wondering what you guys recommend for amplification. I've got my heart set on using a pre-amp with Dirac built in as I feel like it's an acoustically challenging room and there are so many positive Dirac reviews and I'm between the Arcam AV860 or the Emotiva XMC-1. I'm a bit disappointed with Emotiva's service, so I'm shying away from using any of their products...but Klipsch has never done me wrong. Is the KDA-1000 an appropriate amp to use for these speakers? Or do people generally prefer something different? I've done the SPL calculations, and I won't need more than 250w per channel with these speakers. The system will primarily be used to watch TV and movies. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
