    The JJ2A3 is rated for a higher pate dissipation (40 watts). I never tried them in my 2A3 amps and they were only designed for the original voltage 2A3 tubes. I had some Sovtek, but really liked the EH2A3 gold grid 2A3s. Not too expensive and they sounded good. I powered my Heresy IIs and La Scalas with the EH and they were fine for me. YMMV.

    What are your thoughts on the 45 tubes? I also have a pair of Zu Audio DW2 which are 16ohm and 95-97db?

    Are Heresy 1's sensitive enough with this amp in a 16'x10' room do you think?
