never mind, i figured it out.... here is a good picture you need to pull that little compartment.

i am in talks with Klipsch support and they ask me to check the fuse. i see where its placed (where the power cord go in), however - how do i open that little fuse box to check ? i do not want to scratch the sub etc... and cant find a video :) thank you !!
