Just got a pair of the subject speakers. The crossover knob's dial has indices marked 40 (at minimum), 80, 120 Hz, and LFE (maximum). I think the purpose of this control is to set the upper end of the frequency range for sound produced by the speaker.
I do not understand the significance of the maximum being labeled "LFE", however. Does this indicate that for watching a video including low frequency sound effects, the crossover should always be set to the maximum?
Thanks for any reply.
