No sound from Energy Elite purchased new in 2013 for $350 + tax? System worked great until last month. Cut out intermittently then no sound output from my Samsung tv optical audio or Component output? TV audio outputs work with another soundbar so I know it is not the TV. All Energy operating lights and remote work correctly, for ex; Power, Volume up/down, Mute, Selector buttons. Tried soundbar on another samsung tv just to see? - same problem... Hate to just throw soundbar and subwoofer away? What to do?
