lool its for my car tape player ive recorded some tapes but the quality is for **** . im trying to get my hands on a tape cleaner. ive cleaned all the nodes i can see with meths but its still bad. prolly dosesnt help that im using really old tapes.

hmm i take it back. i got it recording but the quality is terable. maybe i need to run a tape cleaner through it or maybe its a treble/bass setting i havnt found. any ideas?

lool ok i got it working. i dusted off a 20 odd year old casstes deck and haxed that in. only prob is that i have to lean something heavy against the tape to make it work lool guess thats why it was chucked out.

ive been assured this is possible. ive got a cable that has a headphone jack at 1 end and the 2 jacks red and white at the other end. the sound entertainment system thing has 4 such coloured holes, 1 pair leads to the old style large disc thing (LPs?) the other pair is empty. with my comp wires in the empty one (AUX) it plays great. with it in the other pair, (PHONO) its distorted. however. i cant get it to record to a tape. cd recording to tape works fine, but i cant get radio recording working either. and yes i am working out of the manual. it has a funny CRLS butten that i press and it blinks for 20 seconds then jack **** happens and i can stab at the record butten as much as i like. the system is a kenwood midi m-27 any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
