Not sure what the heck is going on! 😞 ... Device was actually fine but Surround speakers were failing to be paired. Followed Klipsch instructions and went ahead to install Firmware Update. I followed firmware update instructions as is but it never gets installed successfully. All LEDs do not glow at all during the update process, instead, just the HDMI LED glows Orange with Speaker Volume LEDs at level three which should actually happen after ALL LEDs glow. After power OFF and turn ON again, remote functionality will work only for UP or DOWN buttons or SURROUND button (holding down for a few seconds). UP or DOWN buttons actually turn ON LEDs one after the other in line. Weird! Am I missing anything in FW update process? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
