Help! There is no sound from one of my KG 3.5 horns and it reads 1.7ohms vs. 8.7 for the functioning horn. Is this a symptom of a bad motor or diaphragm or both? Thanks!

Anybody have information on manufacturer of the drivers and possibly parameters on my KG-3.5's? I've installed eggcrate foam and new wire. Bass seems to be a little tighter but other than that, no improvement. Next step maybe upgrade crossover components. I'd like the parameters to experiment with new crossover. Thanks Chuck
