  1. I downloaded the firmware file and followed instructions as explained at https://support.klipsch.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034989111-The-Three-Firmware-Update When I plug power in no LED's flash on the unit like it should. I left USB stick in for 10 minutes before taking it out. USB stick was hot. Tried it with another USB stick with the same result, no flashing LEDs. My app do not want to connect, thus I cannot update firmware via app and usb is not working.
  2. I downloaded and installed the app. I paired the Klipsch Three II to my mobile via BlueTooth. When I open the app it just keep on searching for nearby products although the nearby product is 2 meters away from it. Whether I connect to it by BT or not the result in app stays the same, the wheel just keep on spinning. I can open another music player on the mobile and play music to the Speaker, thus the connection between mobile and speaker is there. The Klipsch app just cannot find it. Is there anything else I can do to get the Klipsch app to see the device? This is on Android.
  3. Klipsch app work fine as long as app is open. The moment I open any other app then Klipsch disconnect and stop playing. So while using Klipsch I cannot use my mobile for anything else. When I go back to Klipsch it reconnect and then start playing the track which was playing from the start not from where it stopped.
