Thank you very much for the info Opus! These speakers are in excellent condition. I do not know the crossover number yet or the details of the many upgrades I know are out there somewhere. I do have two tube amps I would like to try them with though! Any thoughts on an offer price I should offer on these original, working unmodified units?

Hello, A new question here that relates I believe. After reviewing the info for decoding Klipsch serial numbers on this forum I am entirely confused as to why it appears such an esoteric formula. Could one of the wizards here please tell me what this La Scala serial number is telling me?! I am very new to Klipsch and appreciate the help understanding this cataloging system. LSBR = La Scala / Birch 28WO77 = ? Thank you, Doug
