After I download the Bar 40 firmware and try to unzip it I get this error message: upgrade_Dragon_
SDK.bin. it is in an unsupported format. I am using a 2019 iMac. I've tried emailing Klipsch twice they will not respond. I spoke to a tech during a chat session ( after waiting a very long time.) and he said that" it should work and that there was no work around" . He suggested that I try another device, but I only have one iMac. I just bought the this bar and I love the look and the sound is amazing but I am really bugged about this update and very little support form Klipsch. Any help would be welcomed.
