I bought my first speaker from Klipsch.com, The One II. The speaker is broken, the bass buzzes terribly.
I put in a customer service request on their website 5 days ago with no response, followed up with a return request on their website, and now I'm on hold on the phone for 20 minutes with no human picking up during their business hours. How can I get a replacement or refund? Anyone know how to get through to them? Sometimes products are broken, and that's normal and I don't mind taking the time to replace an item. But I've never dealt with being unable to reach anyone at customer service before and it's been frustrating. Any advice would be helpful!
