My DD5.1 doesnt seem to be working with my sound card(Audigy). I selected Digital output in the sound card settings and all i hear is muffled sounds (everything is connected right). Im thinking about selling mine for 100 dollars (need money for plane ticket to visit my girlfriend) but I still need time to think about keeping the DD5.1 or not

You might want to check out Midiland's DDs. I heard there less priced then the ProMedia DD5.1

I connected my Audigy card's digital out to the DD5.1 using the coaxial digital cable and I get this cracking sound or more like a skipping sound when music or sounds are played. I checked all the connections, would could be going wrong? anyone have any comments?
