at least Bose Work and are proven over time, Promedia always seem to break, and when you get them replaced your warranty is downgraded to 90 days because they know new set won't last and want to make sure they don't have to pay for a third forth Fifth, even sixth set like they have been doing. I would check out Altec Lansing, I have a pair of those for 4 years never a problem I'm using them now after my Promedias 5.1s crapped out.
