  1. So I think I found a solution to my problem at least, I had my ps4 and hopper under the sound bar and the heat coming off of them I think was causing it to drop out I moved them lower down and I haven't seen the issue happen again. The remote seems to work better now too
  2. So I'm having a similar problem with my new klipsch cinema 400, sound quality is phenomenal but drops out somewhat randomly and every time I mute it, have tried a reset with the buttons but don't particularly want to change to hdmi. I've always thought optical was the way to go. Have tried changing my output on tv but the problem persists. Is there some kind of harder reset than factory? Does using hdmi method resolve this?
