Hi everyone! I just bought a brand new computer with the SoundBlaster Audigy Platinum soundcard. I plugged the speakers in and installed the Audigy. I did not have sound before or after that. I updated the Audigy drivers as well, but that hasn't fixed it. I have absolutely no sound except the static of moving a cable around with high volume. I have my Control Panel settings on 5.1 surround sound with the Audigy detected. Since no software came with this, and I also have XP, what should I do? I'm completely out of ideas.
