The BIG The Fives EQ update is finally here!!

My new pair of Fives are arriving tomorrow. I was so excited to hear about the Klipsch app and associated features but given the negative results referred to above I'm afraid to use the app at all? What reassurance can Klipsch give me that its safe to use the app?
