    Ok, so as a follow-up, I've noticed that the speaker remote I'm using, which has pause, next track & previous track, no longer works. So, I guess we know what that USB input driver was doing now.

    Thanks! This worked for me as well It had been an annoyance since I first plugged these speakers into my desktop PC last summer.
